1.Turn the Microsoft Office Outlook software
2.Click Tools - E-mail Accounts.
3.Select Add New Email Accounts - Next.
4.Select POP3 - Next.
5.In the Your Name field fill in your name
6.In the E-mail Address fill in your email address ( mawan@daxa.net )
7.In the incoming mail server (POP3) fill: mail.namadomainanda (eg daxa.net)
8.In the outgoing mail server (SMTP) fill: mail.namadomainanda (eg daxa.net).
9.Fill in the username your full email address (mawan@daxa.net).
10.At the password with the password fill in your email
11.Click More Settings then the outgoing server page, select the option My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication - OK.
12.Click Next - Finish
Description:
1.Alamat email users@namadomainanda.tld is just an example and have to use your email address valid.
2.mail.daxa.net is only as an example and use mail.namadomainanda own. eg mail.organisasianda.org.
3.Settingan only for the mail account in the website hosting daxa.net,to another email like yahoo and hotmail use settingan other.
